Samadhi Flow Yoga holds regular eco yoga retreats throughout the year in North Stradbroke Island (Queensland). They run 2 nights/ 3 day retreats or 3 nights/ 4 day retreats. They compost and recycle 95% of the waste produced on the property and they even use yoga mats made from coconuts. Most of the delicious plant based produce you’ll get to eat, comes from their garden. Better yet, you’ll get to experience spectacular sunsets, yoga by the beach, meditation, ecstatic dance and time to swim or surf in the sea. You’ll immediately plunge into rest and relaxation once you experience the surrounding environment and pristine waters of this Island.
