Beach Health Retreat is located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. This is a resort style health retreat with its own private beach, a lovely lawn area and private suites. Rest assured that your privacy and space is taken seriously.
The founders have over 40 years experience combined in holistic counselling, Ayurvedic medicine, including detox, yoga, meditation and massage. They are also qualified in spiritual healing, nutrition and psychology.
They offer a range of programs such as emotional wellbeing, spiritual fasting, fitness program, vegetarian experience and Ayurvedic detox. The length of stay is really up to you, anything from 2 nights and/or longer. These are private and customised programs with professional guidance, organic food, luxury accommodation and services that will not disappoint.
Only 15 minutes away from the Sunshine Coast airport and a 90 minute drive from Brisbane.
