Our retreat schedule includes reformer pilates, aerial yoga, hot yoga stretch and animal therapy – led by highly experienced teachers and customised to meet your individual needs from complete beginners through to advanced. Try something new or just focus on rest and relaxation – the choice is completely yours.

With so many things to do on our wellness & yoga retreats – your job is listening to what your body needs. Do as much or as little as you feel on any given day. Everything is optional.
Feel like a sleep in? Dream away. Not into mini goats? That’s ok. Craving coffee and a biscuit? We’ve got you covered. Intermittent fasting? Breakfast is on till 12pm. Want to spend a weekend full of new experiences? We can definitely provide that!
