Living Valley Health Retreat is set in Noosa (Queensland) and is a not-for-profit organisation that has been thriving for over 30 years helping people with all sorts of ailments, including mental and emotional health. This retreat is world renowned and surrounded by the stunning UNESCO listed Noosa Biosphere Reserve.

At their retreats they run a variety of therapeutic programs, from reinvigorating and detox cleanses, to mental wellness and weight management. There are also programs designed for women only, men only and for couples. You have the choice of a 7 day retreat up to a 3 week retreat or even longer. They have a multi disciplinary team that includes personal trainers, qualified chefs (providing organic local produce), therapists, naturopaths and counsellors.
