The hosts run 3 and 4 day retreats throughout the year, including a 6 day retreat between Christmas and New Years eve and privately held group retreats. You’ll learn the principles of Zazen (Zen meditation), as well as various forms of yoga. It’s a retreat catered for anybody wanting to find peace and tranquillity through contemplation and stillness. Best of all, the services offered in all the retreats are all inclusive with the affordable accommodation they provide. It may not be a luxury resort style retreat, however, you’ll be leaving these stunning surrounds a transformed being.
