The hosts run 3 and 4 day retreats throughout the year, including a 6 day retreat between Christmas and New Years eve and privately held group retreats. You’ll learn the principles of Zazen (Zen meditation), as well as various forms of yoga. It’s a retreat catered for anybody wanting to find peace and tranquillity through contemplation and stillness. Best of all, the services offered in all the retreats are all inclusive with the affordable accommodation they provide. It may not be a luxury resort style retreat, however, you’ll be leaving these stunning surrounds a transformed being.

Set in the hinterland of the Sunshine coast. Approximately 90 mins from Brisbane and 13mins from Maleny.
Services Offered
This secluded retreat offers affordable accommodation, including daily Zen meditation and practices with the Zen Master. Yoga, tibetan singing bowls and Taichi. All vegetarian/vegan meals are also included. Silent meditation is also offered during the 3 day retreat.
